Special Events & Orders

Custom Orders

If you have a specific design / item you want to see made, please email charitable.crochet@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Some items (extremely large) will not be processed.

After you have emailed us about your order, we will set a price. That price is final. Please do not try and bargain with us as we put thought and effort into pricing our items to account for time, materials, and struggles. If you think our prices are too high, you do not have to place a custom order. 

You may not cancel a custom order after it has already been placed and verified with us.

Special Events

If you would like us to do a special event outside of our designated events, please email charitable.crochet@gmail.com

If we are not available on the day you requested, you may request another date. 

Although we try our best to stick to you schedule (and we kindly as that you do too!), unexpected occasions may arise (sudden illness, injuries, etc) that will prevent us from attending the special event. If any of these happen to you after the cancellation deadline, please email us and we will not fault you.

Our cancellation deadline is 14 days ahead of the arranged date / start date. Please email us to do so. 

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations for custom orders due to the given nature of those items.

If you have booked a special event (privates classes, group sessions outside of our designated times, & more) with us, cancellations must be made at least 14 days ahead of the arranged date.

*We reserve all rights to cancel an event/order in the case of:

-unagreed upon circumstances

-unreasonable requests

-and more
